Irene is nothing short of amazing!! Don't even hesitate to go to another seamstress for your wedding dress or any other clothing.

I had the most difficult dress to "get right". I designed it myself and had another seamstress make it to my specifications. I hated it on me & went back to the drawing board to re-design it - she made another. Even though the dress was my design & the other seamstress had faithfully followed my instructions, somehow the dress looked horrid, was a total disaster and I actually hated it!

7 weeks before I'm due to get married I am devastated because I really hate my dress & am inconsolable as I have nowhere else to turn with so little time.

Then I found Irene through the glowing reviews on here.

She has just been so patient making changes, reading my emails and making gentle suggestions as to how we could improve the design. Her passion for what she does is evident as she never judged me for one second or made me feel like I was asking too much.

I have 3 weeks to go before my wedding now and Irene has now finished my dress.

It is almost impossible what she has accomplished as I am the biggest perfectionist ever!! The dress is truly beautiful - she has turned it into a masterpiece.

I believe there would be very few seamstresses in the world with her eye for detail, knowledge of dressmaking and kindness.

Irene did a fantastic job with my Collette Dinnigan wedding dress. The dress was a major challenge because the bodice is all Svarovski crystals and beads. I was very nervous about getting the dress altered because it is so delicate and required great skill with the beading. I'm so glad that I took the chance with Irene. Irene is a complete pro and it was obvious from the beginning that she really knows what she's doing.

I was originally told that my alteration might cost about $1000 at an alterations shop in the city. I wanted to shop around. Irene charged me half of that and did an exceptional job. I couldn't have asked for more! You can feel at ease getting your wedding gown fixed by Irene because she'll do a great job.
